Following Fluffy Logic's amazing Springle Spangle on Saturday night at the Bussey Building in Peckham, I see the trees blossoming on my walk to University and I know spring's truly in the air. I don't like how the seasonal changes aren't as obvious in the city as back in the countryside, but I'm so glad that warmer weather is on the way. Winter has been bitterly cold this year and I can't wait to head out to London's' parks barefoot with my hula hoop.
I've been getting involved in lots of adventures in London, aside from helping out at Fluffy Logic and face painting, my latest venture has been bingo calling... this ain't your grandma's bingo though! In aid of Camberwell's illustration degree show, we're mixing it up with cheap drinks, drunk students, ridiculous costumes, a selection of fine moustaches, excellent prizes and cheesy playlists... baby you've got yourself a party!
Should be happening bi-weekly... more info to come!
Rockin' the rabbit ears last week, one of my festival faves.
Some snaps from my desk this week, copious amounts of green tea (don't even want to know why the water does that to my cups... but it leaves a pretty pattern!), passion fruit, tacky dress-up jewellery and medals, elvis, paint palette, tiny teacups and creepy doll parts.
